Updated links to AL1's tables and some local video action

Here are the links to the respective AL1's tables:

First Grade league table

Reserves league table

Check out this video from the Manly Vale v's Brookie clash a week or so ago. Some impressive play from the league leaders!

If it doesn't bucket it down in the next few days it is a double header weekend. Good luck to one and all (if Vale win their two games in first grade they will be in the premiership next year...)

  1. Is that a cow I can hear at 2mins on that video. It is Vales title to lose and they look wobbly, however Avalon are on fire and they have Brookie twice...

  2. Dee Why are on fire of recent and are no walk over. It will be an interesting endto the season. What happened to Vales reserves? They choked!!!!

  3. Vale deserve to go back up - they were unlucky to come down due to finishing 3rd from bottom... Avalon is too far north - they should play in the central coast league...

  4. The Brookie players dont seem to have any mud on their kits. Too vein to get dirty most likely... Igf they cared more about the team and less about what colour boots to wear they might get a result.

  5. I hate Poms. They should be sent back to England the sunburnt "cuppa tea" "you wot govnor" team swilling bstards! They paid $10 to get here and now parade around the beaches, wearing Ralph Lauren polo shirts with boardies and think they are hip.

I see them in the surf with mini mals and no idea: If you drop in on me I will punch you Pom!

Admittedly they can be good at soccer. other than that stop moaning about Australia - if you dont like it here go back to your cold, grey and miserable weather.

  6. Bruce - did you mean 'tea'?

I am a Pom and I love Australia. I love Aussies (my wife is one, as are my kids.)

    Bruce enjoy the beers...

  7. I hear that it’s ladies day at David Thomas reserve this weekend. I am looking forward to a fine day on Saturday and all the women that I can get my hands on… not even your mum is safe!

If I was a betting man I would put my $2 worth on Vale being crowned AL1 champs this weekend… good try Avalon but better luck next year!

  8. It was ladies day at Belrose last week. Apparently their reserves sang the Avalon song after their own - strange..?
